InBody Body Composition Assessment
Discover your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass , visceral fat levels and associated health risks with the award-winning clinic-grade InBody 570 analyzer. Includes review of results and recommendations
VO2 Max Aerobic Fitness Test
VO2 is the gold-standard measure for aerobic fitness and one of the most important predictors for longevity and health.
Treadmill-based test. Includes InBody body composition assessment and review of results and recommendations with Certified Exercise Physiologist.
CSEP Comprehensive Fitness Test
Discover your baseline fitness levels and recommendations on how to level up your health.
Follows the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) protocol and includes aerobic fitness, strength, balance and flexibility tests.
Includes InBody body composition assessment, VO2 max aerobic fitness test, and recommendations with Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Lab Test
A lab requisition will be provided upon registration. The lab test can be fulfilled at a local LifeLabs and results reviewed at your assessment.
Musculoskeletal, Posture and Pain Assessment
Examination and recommendations from RMT to address back, neck, shoulder and postural concerns.
Eligible for Insurance Coverage
Your insurance will be directly billed following the assessment
Coverage under Naturopathic and Massage Therapy
InBody assessment - $39
VO2 max fitness test - $100
CSEP full fitness assessment - $190
MSK assessment - $75
Estimated lab test fee is $100-150. Invoice will be shared after assessment
Electronic invoices will be shared for amounts not covered by insurance (e.g. co-pays or deductibles)
