Physical examination, lab test and medication review
InBody body composition assessment
Discover your body fat percentage, lean mass, visceral fat and associated health risks
Fitness Assessment
Include VO2 max aerobic fitness test, musculoskeletal, balance and flexibility assessments
Lifestyle Optimization
Consult with Naturopathic Doctor and Nutritionist on how to optimize your nutrition and lifestyle to address your health concerns
Musculoskeletal Assessment
Musculoskeletal and postural examination with Registered Massage Therapist
