1. Book Your Appointment
Schedule your initial appointment online below or call 289-763-5888. Choose from naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, psychotherapy, nutrition, fitness testing, hydrotherapy and more
2. Complete Your Intake Form
The form will be automatically emailed to you upon booking the appointment.
3. Attend Your Appointment
The initial appointment may include InBody composition assessment, vitals check, VO2 max aerobic fitness test - all at no additional cost. All locations have plenty of free parking and are fully wheel-chair accessible.
