Components

*60 days of health coaching and support from clinic team
*Full body composition analysis with award-winning InBody technology (before and after)
*CSEP fitness assessment, including VO2 max aerobic test (before and after)
*2-day juice detox
*Personalized nutrition, exercise and health plan
*Medication management with Registered Pharmacist
*Weekly group medical appointments and learning sessions (in-person/online)
*Monthly weight loss support group
*Sauna contrast hydrotherapy treatments

Juice Detox

The program begins with a 2-days juice detox.
The juices are cold-pressed organic juices which you will receive at the orientation.

Weekly Group Meetings

There are two online group meetings each week for 8 weeks.

One meeting is a learning session where you will learn the latest science on weight loss and review the menu.

The other meeting will be a group medical appointment focused on peer support and individualized guidance.

On orientation
$39 initial consult

During program
$85 per week for 8 weeks*

Graduation
$39 exit consult

The program is eligible for insurance coverage under Naturopathic.
To take advantage of your benefits, please make sure to attend the weekly group medical appointments.
We offer direct billing for your convenience.
