Join this hands-on workshop to learn how to do a simple constitutional hydrotherapy treatment at home. You'll learn about the health benefits of constitutional hydrotherapy and have the opportunity to practice a constitutional hydrotherapy treatment.

We recommend attending with a family or friend so you can practice on each other. All items including towels, water, etc will be provided.

Dr George Cho is the clinic director at Paradise Health Clinic. He is a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Exercise Physiologist.
