Estimated assessment time: 2.5 hours
CSEP fitness assessment
Includes VO2 max aerobic fitness test (gold standard for assessing aerobic fitness), strength, flexibility, and balance assessments with a consultation with Certified Exercise Physiologist and Naturopathic Doctor.
Comprehensive body composition assessment
Discover your % body fat, lean and fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, metabolic rate and associated health risks with award-winning InBody technology. Includes consult with Naturopthic Doctor.
Medical consultation
Blood test review, general health check-up
Musculoskeletal assessment
Musculoskeletal, pain and postural assessment and tips, and therapeutic massage with Registered Massage Therapist.
Lifestyle optimization
Consult with Naturopathic Doctor and Nutritionist. Learn how to optimize your lifestyle and nutrition for disease prevention and reversal, longevity and productivity.
