Your program will be individualized to include all or some of these components based on your health goals and your initial assessment.
Initial appointment and assessment with naturopathic doctor: your naturopathic doctor will design an individualized program based on your initial assessment. Appointments may be booked online here or by calling 289-763-5888
Initial blood test: a lab requisition form will be emailed to you after your initial assessment. Please complete your lab test prior to the orientation.
Initial fitness test: You may also do a VO2 max aerobic test and consult with Certified Exercise Physiologist. Book your appointment online here or by calling 289-763-5994.
Sunday February 2 at 4 PM: Orientation (Paradise Health Clinic)
*Family and friends are encouraged to join you for the orientation
*You'll pick up juices for the first two days at the orientation
Monday February 3 - Tuesday February 4: Juice Detox
*Two day juice fast with cold-pressed organic juices from Paradise Fields. You may indicate your interest in the juice detox at your initial assessment.
Week of March 30: Final assessments and consults
*Final fitness and body composition assessments and exit consults with naturopathic doctor, pharmacist and nutritionists
Sunday April 6 at 4 PM: Graduation!
