Program approach
This program combines two approaches scientifically shown to be effective for diabetes remission:
1) medically guided temporary low-calorie eating plan, and
2) whole foods plant-based nutrition
The program aim is to put diabetes into remission or, if you have pre-diabetes, to prevent progression to diabetes. There is strong evidence that the program's approach can also reduce or even eliminate dependence on medications, including insulin.
The program DOES NOT include meal replacements, long-term calorie restriction, medications or other expensive products. We believe reliance on these measures is usually unsustainable. Instead, you will learn simple yet powerful lifestyle practices that will not only help address diabetes but also substantially enhance your overall wellness and quality of life.
