2. Submit the initial deposit ($79)

3. Attend your assessment!

You will receive an email confirmation with your start time.

1. Prior to assessment: $79 initial deposit*

2. Immediately after assessment: Paradise Health will directly bill your insurance provider for $325 under naturopathic and massage.

3. After assessment: You will receive an electronic invoice for amounts not covered by health benefits*

CSEP fitness assessment

Includes VO2 max aerobic fitness test (gold standard for assessing aerobic fitness), strength, flexibility, and balance assessments with a consultation with Certified Exercise Physiologist and Naturopathic Doctor.

Comprehensive body composition assessment

Discover your % body fat, lean and fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, metabolic rate and associated health risks with award-winning InBody technology. Includes consult with Naturopthic Doctor.

Medical consultation

Blood test and medication review

Musculoskeletal assessment

Musculoskeletal, pain and postural assessment and tips with Registered Massage Therapist.

Lifestyle optimization

Consult with Naturopathic Doctor and Nutritionist. Learn how to optimize your lifestyle and nutrition for disease prevention and reversal, longevity and productivity.
