This program offers a comprehensive medical and wellness assessment, tailored to provide you with a deep understanding of your current health status and, more importantly, actionable steps to enhance both productivity and longevity. This program includes thorough physical and metabolic assessments that paint a detailed picture of your health, and consultations with our interdisciplinary lifestyle medicine team. Together, we'll craft a personalized action plan to address your health concerns and achieve your wellness goals.
Program components
Medical consultation: Blood test, physical exam and medication review with medical doctor.
Body composition assessment: Discover your % body fat, lean and fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, metabolic rate and associated health risks with award-winning InBody technology.
Fitness assessment: Includes VO2 max aerobic fitness test (gold standard for assessing aerobic fitness), strength, flexibility, and balance assessments with a consultation with Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Musculoskeletal assessment: Musculoskeletal, pain and postural assessment and tips with Registered Massage Therapist.
Lifestyle optimization: Learn how to optimize your lifestyle and nutrition for disease prevention and reversal, longevity and productivity
