Using Bible-based principles and evidence-based lifestyle medicine, the Sozo program aims to enable Christians to achieve superior health and enhance the effectiveness of Christian ministries and churches.
Program components
Standard option: Annual Executive Health Assessment
Give your church members and employees the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into their current health status and actionable steps to heal from health concerns and optimize their health.
Assessments are conveniently provided on-site at your location by our all-Christian executive health clinic team.
Assessments include:
- Medical consultation: Blood test, physical exam and medication review with doctor.
- Body composition assessment: Discover your % body fat, lean and fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, metabolic rate and associated health risks with award-winning InBody technology.
- Fitness assessment: Includes VO2 max aerobic fitness test (gold standard for assessing aerobic fitness), strength, flexibility, and balance assessments with a consultation with Certified Exercise Physiologist and Naturopathic Doctor.
- Musculoskeletal assessment: Musculoskeletal, pain and postural assessment and tips with Registered Massage Therapist.
- Lifestyle optimization: Learn how to optimize your lifestyle and nutrition for disease prevention and reversal, longevity and productivity

-Quarterly wellness sessions
