About

Our monthly weight loss support group is a great way for you to continue learning and gain the peer support you need on your journey towards your best weight. Sessions are held monthly on the last Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Each session is facilitated by our obesity medicine team.

Each one-hour session will included a short learning component with one of our clinicians followed by peer sharing and support. Sessions may also include hydrotherapy, sauna and other engaging activities. Refreshments will be provided.
